“ Great customer service, however we were left waiting over 30 minutes when we ordered our second round. Food was great! Prices have went up again. Super busy evening on a Thursday night. ”
“ Such a great place for ayce sushi! The first time I went all of my rolls were taking forever and it wasn't as good. Last time I went around 3 pm and the rolls were coming out right away and were sooo fresh. I liked every single roll. Their golden California is the best Servers are always really nice and attentive too! ”
“ Umami is probably in my top three AYCE spots in town. I've been going here for years and it is always fantastic. The quality I'm of the fish is great and they don't overload the rice. The nigiri was fantastic. They had a wide variety of options and everything we got was delicious. The rolls were solid as well and they had a nice selection to choose from. We also really enjoyed the non sushi options - tempura veggie and shrimp was perfectly fried, the baked green mussels were delicious. I loved the little ice cream cups they had for dessert too. ”
“ So so good! We drove 45min to try and it did not disappoint! There was a 30min wait to get seated, we gave our number and they texted when the table was ready. The service was attentive and food came out instantly. The restaurant ambiance was fun and lively with the decor and the music they played. Joseph was very sweet and gave us great service. Wouldn't mind making the drive again! ”
“ Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - ordered 3 rolls of Dancing Eel, Sun of the Beach, and Don't Cry Amigo. While the rolls looked a bit small, it was quite filling. All of the tools were yummy and the ingredients tasted fresh. We really appreciate that the sauces come on the side but are labeled so we know which goes together. We really like the spicy mayo eel sauce that came with sun of the beach but didn't care for the garlic ponzu hot sauce that came with don't cry amigo. Service: 5/5 - ordered at the counter to go, and Jericho was super friendly and helped make a few recommendations Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go. Quite busy as we consistently saw people coming in And out Value for price: 5/5 - decent price at around $12 per roll but there can be quite a wait depending on the time you get there. The parking lot is quite chaotic ”
“ Was in the mood for a wasabi fest have been here several times and it never disappoints. Got there at around 11:15 in anticipation of the typical crowds that hover around the door waiting to open at 11:30, but we noticed the open sign in the window, apparently they open at 11:00. We were seated in a booth which is better since the tables tend to be close together and smallish. Ny was our order taker then Joseph took over. We ordered the all day menu which is about 4.00 more. We ordered a ton, mostly nigiri and the rice to fish ratio was good, I.e not too much rice compared to the amount of fish. The only disappointment was they didn't have uni today. My dining partner focused on miso soup, fried rice, gyoza and chicken katsu but did have some unagi (eel) and a veggie roll . All in all, pretty good sushi for AYCE. Great service from Ny and Joseph assured them the fifth star. ”
“ Food was great! Maricris is the best she checked on us every time. Great customer service!! ”
“ Leland fantastic person here so helpful ambiance its good Food and service its perfect ”
“ Everything was amazing, tasted wonderful, and our server Leland was great! Nice young man, did a great job. Loved the music selection that was playing . ”
“ A few rough spots but overall this was a great AYCE experience! Pros: the menu is extensive!! Lots of options from rolls to nigiri to skewers to appetizers. The rice to fish ratio is the best I've seen at an all you can eat! Some of the items are limited to one per person per day but they are so worth it. The food comes out fast and our server was so kind to order us a salmon hand roll that wasn't on the menu. Fish is extremely fresh and surprisingly one of our favorite items was the tamago - made fresh to order and perfectly charred but not too sweet. The ice cream that comes with the check is really good too! Cons: the wait can get LONG. You can add your name to the list and shop around until they will text you when it's close to your turn and you have 10 minutes to check back in. On a Wednesday night they quoted us 2hrs for a table for 4 but the table was ready in 1hr. We were sat at a dirty table with dirty seats and no menus. Nobody stopped by until our server thought we were ready to order and we still needed menus. It also seemed common that 1-2 of our items from each round would get sent to the wrong table so if there is something you really want to try, make sure to check on it! ”
